Ticket Food/Bev Credit

I saw that buying tickets from Ticketmaster for 1xx section tickets offer a $15 food and beverage credit that links to your digital ticket.

If these tickets are purchased from StubHub or a 3rd Party and placed in the ballpark app, would the credit still be available since they are resale?
