Thrifting — looking for a pair of black heels!

Hi! I’m looking for a pair of heels to paint on and don’t want to buy a pair new. I was wondering what stores you’ve come across that have a good shoe/heel selection! Located in the medical center but I know westheimer and montrose is where it’s at, just don’t want to go to a store in Katy or similar!
