Thrift stores that sell by weight?

Does anyone know of thrift stores that sell by weight? My neighbor is always showing me her great finds but never wants to share name or locations. So fellow reddit neighbors do any of you know of any thrift or second hand store that weighs your items rather then price everything individually? Thank you in advance!
