Thrift shops for women’s apparel

Does anybody have the hot tips on thrift shops in Houston – best locations for optimal chance of good finds (I was thinking maybe somewhere in River Oaks and/or Cinco Ranch)? Any suggestions much appreciated as my friends and I are hoping to find some fashion without braking our struggling bank accounts!
