thrift, consignment stores

My wife and I will be in Houston for the first time and we would like to spend 1 of our days going to thrift and/or consignment shops. Something we enjoy. We look for western clothes and decor, etc. Also where in Houston is a good place to look for Native american jewlery, crafts, etc? Any suggestions appreciated.
