Thoughts on Weslayan Condo

Hi all I plan to move to Houston next year and have been doing some condo hunting recently. Obviously, I have heard that the West University Place is a very nice neighborhood with pricey single family houses. I wonder what are people’s thoughts on condos in the area, especially the Weslayan Condos located at 5210, 5220 and 5200 Weslayan St. Thanks!
