Thoughts on UFC GYM The Heights?

I've been looking at gyms since I am tired of the overcrowded planet fitness at Durham. I saw that i could get a good discount on the base plan of this ufc gym through active and fit direct. Are there any of you that goes to this gym? I just want a regular gym with minimal crowds, and if they have extra amenities great.
