Thoughts on Terracycle’s toothpaste tube drop-off points in the Houston area?

Has anyone attempted to drop-off toothpaste tubes at either of the two TerraCycle drop-off locations in the Houston area? Or know a better place to drop-off recycle toothpaste tubes?

I'm asking because both places appear to be apartment units, and I'm unclear if one is expected to wait for someone to open the gate, follow them in, and approach the residence to do this. Terracycle doesn't list a phone number, email address or anyway to get in contact with the drop-off point host and both places have zero reviews on their website.

TerraCycle two locations for toothpaste tube drop-off in the greater Houston area:

  1. 13101 Briar Forest Drive Apt 6506, Houston, TX 77077
  2. 14723 Barryknoll Lane Apt 93, Houston, TX 77079

Both locations are on the far West side of Houston, so I don't really want to waste gas/time going to these "drop-off" locations if too problematic to access. It seems all Terracycle drop-off locations are listed as Mon-Fri 9-5 which is another inconvenience. Would appreciate any input on this or any alternative recycling drop-off suggestions. Thanks.
