Thoughts on Molina Healthcare @ 271$? Or maybe there are better alternatives?

Looking for thoughts for this particular healthcare plan on healthcare.gov in the houston area, for a dude who just needs bare minimum healthcare.

Bronze 4, 271 a month, 0 deductible, Emergency room is $1600, Generic drugs $28, primary $30, and specialist doctor $90. Honestly it sounds too good to be true coming from BCBS which had BCBS Bronze but the monthly is 60$ pricier @ 329 and the deductible is 6k. Not sure what I'm missing out on with the 60$ price reduction.

edit: alright alright i get the point molina is bad, can you guys suggest something better at a similar price point then?
