Real estate and home buying experts of Houston, what are your thoughts on buying a house near Katy area ?

Interest rates are very low but still dropping. Price is holding up despite lot of dire projections. Will we see a crash Or WFH will push prices in the suburbs?

Katy has some of the best schools in Houston. New development is going further away from the city.
