This Was Really Just Awful Today

I sat here for 3+ hours today just hoping to see something redeeming. And there was just like nothing. By the 4th quarter the commentators were talking about Deshaun Watson rumors, and how the Texans have a lot of work to do, and blah blah. It was just terrible. And watching the game and I’m thinking about Brandin Cooks and his comments last week about how the team is undisciplined. There’s just really no hope right now. I wish they would at least take a position right? Like “this team isn’t performing to the standards we want” or “we need to do better, we understand that it’s a challenge and we’re going to commit to getting better”. Something. Anything. Even if it’s all crap and we all know it’s total bs, just acknowledge that this is awful, because then that would at least be something instead of nothing. 20 years of being a Texans fan and for what? For Jack F’n Easterby. Really.
