This might be a long shot, but – Steamboat Steak House (BW8 North near Gessner) had the BEST bread I’ve ever eaten. Does anyone have the (or a similar) recipe?

Unfortunately I don't remember much about the bread other than that it was dark in color and soooo good. It was rich and had various flavors and it was fluffy (crisp crust but not rock hard). I've found recipes for some recipes like the Outback Steakhouse/Cheesecake Factory bread recipes on Youtube but those are honestly fairly bland.

I missed the Great Pandemic Baking Spree due to being an "essential worker" (on paper at least). I'm making up for it now.

Anyone happen to have better memories of this place's bread?
