This is not normal.

FFS I have lived in several other areas and a water leak this size would be dealt with same day or next day at worst.

I have seen leaks this size go for days and even weeks without being fixed in Houston, it's insane.

No one in this city should have a water bill if this is how much they care about hundreds of thousands of gallons of water (if not millions in the WEEKS case).

Near Northside, been reported, this is around construction and this area was already fixed one time after 3 or 4 days of water going down the storm drain. All the other times construction was not involved.

Yes it's been reported. I always call it in. They Do Not Care.
