This is a longshot, but where might I be able to get a cable amplifier power adapter?

Apparently whoever installed this one broke the power supply and did an incredibly shoddy job of taping it back together. The thing has probably been arching in my attic for as long as I've owned the house.

For reference, it is basically a 15V DC power adapter but has a single coaxial output. I found one on Amazon but it's out of stock and I'd like to get my cable and internet back in less than a week and a half.
