This guy stealing Halloween decorations

Just started at a new job. Celebrated by going all out for Halloween. This guy stole everything a week after we put it all up. Now I know why no one in the area decorates for anything. Fortunately we had other things we hadn't put up yet, so at least I can save a bit on returns.
