Thinking of selling my home

I have a 4 bed 2 bath in hidden Meadows built in 2017, it didn't flood during Harvey and it's in good condition 1740 sq ft and 7000 sq ft lot. I'm about to get a real estate agent but wanted to see what offers were out there fsbo before I take that route
