Thinking of getting a rental from Iah or Hou locations. Any parking? How do I get there?

I know airport rental cars are for travelers but I needed a rental car and found the rates at the airport to be cheaper than the ones in my neighborhood. Is there a way to drive over the rental place as opposed to taking a shuttle from the airport? Would I be able to park my car at the rental place for free?
