Thinking about a new build with Beazer homes

My gf and I are considering buying a new construction home from Beazer. We've been touring their floor plans and designs and we really like what they have to offer. However, all the houses we've toured so far have been new.

We're hoping to hear from people who have purchased Beazer homes for a couple years and what they think about the long term viability and quality of the build. What are your experiences with the homes, good and bad?
