Things to do on Saturdays in SW Houston/Sugarland area between 10 am and 3 pm

Are there anything interesting going on in SW Houston/Sugarland area on Saturdays between 10 am and 3 pm?

I live in Katy area and have to take my son to SW Houston area for classes for the next 2 months. I’ll prefer ti stay in the area during these times because of travel times back and forth. If anyone knows how I can occupy my time or where to go/hang out between these times please let me know. Thanks.
