Things to do in Houston with older family member?

I'll be driving down tomorrow to spend the weekend with my mother and I'm trying to find a couple things for us to do. She uses a walker/wheel chair though, so that's where I'm getting stuck on what things would be good to do. I moved away from Houston in 2010, so I'm not sure what there is anymore.
