Things to do in Houston that dont require much walking?

Happy new year to all of you guys!

My mom is in town and she cannot walk too far and needs to stop and sit for a while before starting up again. I am looking at things to do in Houston that don't require much walking and/or have lots of places to sit. If you also have any suggestions for driving related activities, please let me know!
