Things to do in Houston for free or on the cheap

I am looking for activities to do in 610 loop not really looking to travel to Katy or Pearland so just need some fun activities to keep me entertained other than the museum prefer to not spend more than 10 bucks outside of eating and if at all possible. Hoping any of you can help
