Things to do in Houston for February 8th-13th 2023

My partner is turning 25 so we are taking a road trip down to Houston from Michigan, not really sure what to expect weather wise for that time but we are definitely interested in Latin clubs and possibly strip clubs, what are the best clubs in the city?
