There was a cockroach inside my H‑E‑B muffin

This is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. I took a bite of the muffin and felt something hard. Turned out it was a burned cockroach that has been inside my mouth, on my tongue. I am so disgusted! I’m traumatized! I bought this from H‑E‑B at Meyerland. I don’t recommend buying pastries at this locations. I certainly won’t!
