Therapist recommendations in Houston?

I’m helping my sister look for a therapist. We need one that specializes in anxiety/life changes if possible. Bonus if they take BCBS or are otherwise low-cost.

Also, please don’t suggest looking on Psychology Today, we’ve tried before and it’s a crapshoot.
