The Woodlands’ Boardwalk at Town Center apartments complete renovation

Boardwalk at Town Center, a luxury apartment complex in The Woodlands, has completed its interior and exterior renovations.

The five-building complex is at 2203 Riva Row along The Woodlands Waterway, and the property had a combined assessed value of more than $52.2 million for 2020, according to the Montgomery County Appraisal District. The complex was built in 2006, according to HAR.com.
