5. Won’t get fired in 2 years after Wilson keeps being bad

6. Second easiest division in the NFL

7. Gets to pick the QB he wants with the second pick

There is zero chance Demeco takes this job without knowing what the Texans are doing with the second overall pick. I can’t fathom him taking this job unless he personally gets to pick the QB or player that he wants at 2.
