The Star apartment building downtown adds eatery from first-time restaurant owner
The Nash, an American restaurant and bar, is coming to The Star apartment tower downtown in mid-January.Â
Chef Omar Pereney, culinary director of A La Carte Consulting Group, calls the restaurant at 1111 Rusk St. a love letter to American food. He created a menu of cold and hot small plates, pizzas, steaks and more. The menu is designed to appeal to office workers, residents, travelers and others.
