The spicy crawfish fried rice on the special Lent menu at Hughies absolutely slaps.

Had to share this somewhere. Tried it last week and I'm dying to go back. I think it's part of the Lent menu, so not sure if they'll have it any more past Good Friday. It's not very spicy, but it's so good.
