The seemingly terribly decisions lately

I finally had time to read the NFL’s apps report on the BOB GM spot. I do not agree with this decision, but I think I may be seeing a little bit of a trend. A trend I don’t really agree with but a trend. They are “saving money” on the admin. Part to put more money towards players. I’m not sure if this is even a thing, let anyone a good thing. What are people’s opinion on this? If it’s not possible what are people’s thoughts? Finally I want to say is FTC!
