The Nighthawk

Does anyone know what “The Nighthawk” the spray art along 1960 refers to? I know there were a few by Cypress Creek Hospital and Intracare North, Wunderlich park and a school, an old bank, and now there are some “The Nighthawk” posts by Methodist in Willowbrook. I’m oddly fascinated by this but just curious.
