The ISS will fly right over Houston tonight, visible from 6:17 PM until 6:23, appearing in the NNW sky – Check it out!
If you have never watched the ISS fly over, you've been missing an awe-inspiring experience!
Get somewhere with a clear view of the sky, especially toward the north-northwest. At 6:17 PM, watch the horizon, facing north-northwest, and you'll see a what looks like a very bright star appear, climbing rapidly. It'll cross near the middle of the sky and disappear 7 minutes later, in the south-southeast sky.
If you've never watched it before, you should check it out.
There's a 30% chance of clouds interfering, but maybe you'll be lucky and have a clear view.
Enjoy!
