The Ion innovation hub to add Houston-focused taproom

The Ion, the newly opened innovation hub in Midtown, will add a hyper-local taproom to its food and beverage roster.

Adam Cryer and Sarah Pope, the husband-and-wife creators of Baileson Brewing Co., will open Second Draught in the first quarter of 2022. It will occupy 2,000 square feet on The Ion’s street level.
