Hey guys I'm giving away my lease for The Icon (walking distance from UH) its a 4 bedroom – 4 bathroom furnished apartment. I got a cheaper deal so you'll end up paying around $850.00 per month, utilities are about $15.00 bi-monthly—1-year lease.
