The Hay Merchant had great fried Pig Ears but unfortunately it closed down. Is there anywhere I can get something similar in town?

My wife and I got Pig Ears at the Hay Merchant and it was one of the best bar snacks I've ever had. Is there anywhere that has the same or similar?
