The fact that mccown is even a finalist in the HC search should tell you Easterby deflectors who’s really in charge

It isn’t Cal, it isn’t Nick, Easterby has and always will control them like puppets and you can’t convince me otherwise. Unless you guys are willing to accept the alternate (Caserio doesn’t know what he’s doing and is about to hire ANOTHER coach with 0 experience), which I know you won’t. That is the only explanation and you need to accept it. Don’t feed me anymore of the “Easterby isn’t that involved” or “Easterby isn’t a personnel guy and we need to move on” bullshit. Easterby is the GM now it’s time to accept that and realize nothing will improve until he’s gone
