The Easterby Saga is almost identical to Rasputin in early 1900s Russia

For those unfamiliar with Rasputin, he was a Russian ‘Holy Man’ who was brought in by the royal family for his spiritual guidance and religion. That was his only job at first, but as time went of he became more and more influential and powerful to important decisions of the empire and eventually was the most powerful man. He was in over his head, and the Russian people hated him, as he made many terrible decisions and was massively unpopular. He was a religious teacher that got into a position of power that he was unqualified for, and massively failed at his new duties.
