The Davis Mills Pick in Perspective

I, like almost every Texans fan was pissed that we took a QB at 67, but looking at it now it’s a great pick. worst case scenario you wasted a 3rd round pick on a backup key word 3rd round pick. Best case scenario he really is a 1st round level talent who just needed good coaching ( we have one of the best QB coaches in the league ) and now we have a high first rounder that we can trade to a QB needy team, along with whatever we net for Deshaun if he’s cleared to play next season.

TLDR: it’s a low risk high reward pick and if it booms we could be looking at draft capital heaven. Edit: Pep Hamilton being our QB coach and personally approving the pick should also put more confidence into Texans fans.
