The Burger Joint co-founder: ‘There’s no reason to hold back’ on expansions

The Burger Joint co-founder Matthew Pak had been looking to expand his concept to the suburbs for some time. 

Having been priced out of the Rice Village area, his original plan for a third location of The Burger Joint, Pak looked to a place he’s familiar with: the Baybrook Mall area. There’s demand for his burgers and boozy milkshakes there, he said, and he’s looking to expand further.
