The BoB hate

I see a lot of BoB hate here and it's beyond justifiable.

But let's not forget about Easterby. If, and it's a big if, the Texans see our frustration and growing indifference towards the team, they need to see that Easterby is part of the issue and needs to go.

Imagine that BoB is let go and Easterby is promoted. The guy was a chaplain and a culture guy in NE. He is in no way qualified for his current job let alone a promotion.
