The Best Chicken Sandwich
Houston City Beat brings you another Foodie Shout-Out! We took a field trip out to Porter, Texas to support a friend, Wasel Muzik, who was supporting his family’s new chicken joint – Chicken Headz. Catch Wasel’s performance here with his new HIT song Metele…but we digress.
Let’s talk about that CHICKEN!!
It was like biting into a cloud! The breading that holds that tender meat intact was crispy and full bodied (if a breading could be full bodied, this breading is FULL BODIED!). You can choose your level of heat when it comes to the sauce and since I was sharing in this chicken sandwich experience I went with the zero heat…but you can make it as HOTT as you want!
