THC Club – are they really selling black market edibles?

I stopped at a THC Club to check out their inventory and was surprised at all of the "edibles" they had on display. They're exactly the same as the fake black market stuff that Snapchat/Telegram dealers try to sell – the name brand candy ones with the cheesy nabisco packaging and the California warning. I bought a pack and of course they don't do anything.

THC club sells THC-A products but the edibles they're advertising are straight THC (although probably fake). There's no way this is legal, surely? The label is the exact same as the ones you get off the black market

Anyone know where I can get decent edibles in the area? I don't mind Delta 8, etc. as long as they work lol
