Thanksgiving Parade

recently moved to Houston and I don’t rly know anyone or go out much…I know it’s really last minute to be planning or asking advice….Is the Houston parade worth attending?… what’s the recommended time to show up? I assume it’s probably all families there but I’m not celebrating with my family this year so I figured I’d be extra festive in my own way(?)

also is there any risk of crowd crushing ?
