Thai Pepper permanently closing Montrose location Oct. 31st

Picked up food today and the owner told me that the landlord is not renewing their lease so they are having to permanently close on Halloween.

Their Sugar Land location called Thai Siam is very similar and will remain open but for many of us inside the loop that have been going to Thai Pepper for a long time… we are s**t out of luck.

I forgot to ask if the building will stay up or if it is getting demolished. Anyone know?
