TG Natural Resources acquires fellow Houston company Rockcliff Energy II for $2.7 billion
Houston-based TG Natural Resources LLC has acquired Rockcliff Energy II LLC, a local company focused on the East Texas Haynesville Shale, from Houston-based Quantum Energy Partners for $2.7 billion.
