Texas Senate votes to expand medical cannabis program; THC ban sent to governor

Texas senators voted unanimously May 27 to expand the state’s Compassionate Use Program. The latest version of House Bill 46 would increase the conditions covered, allowing doctors to prescribe a wider variety of products and quadruple the amount of licensed medical cannabis dispensaries.
