Texas Property Code House Bill 3571 Section 202.023

So my HOA says I have to get approvals for cameras.

I looked up section 202.023 and it doesnt address if HOA has authority to approve what "type" of camera I can install.

does anyone know if HOA has authority to approve what type of camera is installed?
