Texas foster care entities respond to expert panel’s recommendations

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission and the Department of Family and Protective Services responded in mid-February to 23 recommendations provided by an expert panel aimed at addressing children without placement and other deficiencies in the state’s foster care system.
