Texas Department of Transportation unveils proposed changes for I-10 elevation project

TxDOT has revised plans for a project to raise the elevation of the I-10 mainlanes above the floodplain of White Oak Bayou. The goal is to mitigate disruption of the movement of traffic, services and goods during major rainfall events.
