Texas Department of Transportation seeking driver input on Hwy. 6 improvements

With the Texas Department of Transportation looking at improvements to Hwy. 6 from east of Hwy. 35 to the Galveston County line, the agency is seeking feedback from motorists ahead of the project’s start.

Anyone know where to get braids/ faux locks done?
My BMW needs an oil change soon, this week maybe. Dealership charges ~$250. Is this price a non-negotiable necessity, or can I get the same quality at a mechanic shop that specializes in European cars? Any recommendations. I’m on the north side in Spring/The Woodlands but don’t mind driving.
